The Challenge
Ockwells contacted Salamander a few years ago with an initial contract borne out of the requirement of a metal work fabricator that could manufacture a wide range of products to a high specification.
It was important to understand a complex and competitive marketplace so that the conceptualisation, design, prototyping and full production of several site safety products could be produced on a consistent basis, primarily for the construction industry.
Additionally, there was a critical requirement from a partner to bring innovative solutions to the table regularly – namely through high-quality modern manufacturing methods. With this in place, the Ockwells team could focus on identifying customer issues and recognising opportunities to support and service its database.
Solution
