Background
Salamander have manufactured a variety of different lighting housings for a number of customers.
With technology within the lighting industry changing at a very fast pace the variation of different lights available is vast.
Salamander have worked with significant players within the lighting industry to manufacture housings which are lightweight for installation but yet strong to hold the control gear required.
Solution
The picture shows a lighting housing which we have recently been supplying (x100) units per week since September to be fitted in care homes nationwide.
The lights were designed around a process which enabled us to step bend the radius and weld caps to the end and have no escaping light. The lighting units were then powder coated through the automated paint facility.
